This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://forestassamteas.com and is applicable to both B2C (retail customers) and B2B (business / wholesale customers). By placing an order with Forest Assam Tea’s, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Return & Refund Overview Forest Assam Tea’s sells packaged tea products which are consumable in nature. Due to hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not generally accept returns or provide refunds.

Refunds or returns are allowed only in very specific cases as clearly mentioned below.

Refund Policy – B2C (Retail Customers) A refund will be considered only if the customer receives an expired product.

Conditions for refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the expiry date and product packaging must be shared.
  • The claim will be verified by our internal team.

Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or personal preference
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

Return Policy – B2C (Retail Customers) We do not accept returns for any products sold on forestassamteas.com.

As tea is a consumable product, returned items cannot be resold or reused.

B2B Policy – Wholesale / Business Orders For all B2B orders:

  • No return is allowed under any circumstances.
  • No refund will be provided once the order is confirmed and dispatched.

In case of a verified issue such as receiving an expired product:

  • The concern must be reported immediately upon delivery.
  • Proof such as images, videos, batch number, and invoice may be requested.
  • The issue will be reviewed and verified by Forest Assam Tea’s.

Any resolution, including replacement or refund, will be decided only after verification and solely at the discretion of Forest Assam Tea’s.

Until verification is completed, no return or refund request will be processed.

Verification & Claim Rights Forest Assam Tea’s reserves the right to:

  • Request sufficient proof before processing any claim
  • Reject claims without proper evidence
  • Deny claims raised after the allowed reporting period

Refund Processing Time If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 business days
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the customer’s bank or payment method

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • B2B orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
